Batman vs. Two-Face

Firstly I would like to say that it has been a long time since i’ve updated the website. Over the up coming months I plan significant updates particularly in the heroes, villains and multimedia webpages.

This is a quick mention regarding the sequel to last years animated movie “The Return of the Caped Crusaders” which I reviewed here –

Even though Adam West sadly passed away earlier this year he had finished recording his parts for this movie entitled “Batman vs. Two-Face”. The plot is loosely based on a script originally planned for the original 1966 Batman television series which was later abandoned. The character Two-Face was not included in the 60s series as the feeling was the character would be too scary for younger viewers. A character instead called False Face appeared in the series during it’s first season which arguably is has a more scary/freaky look –

As I have already mentioned Adam West reprises his role as Batman, with Burt Ward and Julie Newmar returning as Robin and Catwoman respectively. A fun edition to the cast line up is the voice of Two-Face, provided by another 1960s hero William Shatner, who of corse was Captain Kirk in the Star Trek series.

I will type up a review of the movie in due corse to save any spoilers but must say to all bat-fans out there if you have not already, purchase a copy and enjoy Adam West’s last work and probably the final ever 60s Batman styled production.
